Hello.

I cannot install phoca email on Joomla 3.9. It continues to state it cannot find xml file

I have tried to install both the current version and the previous version.

There was a way to manually insert the files onto the webserver, But I do not see this doc anymore.

I really like PhocaMail, but I cannot get it installed on my new server.

Hi,
some times this happens, when you use the "Install from Web" tab.
Download Phoca Email Component here and install it via "Upload Package File".

Tried that and still errors. Maybe something hanging from pervious install attempt? What all do I need to purge?
Anything in the database also?
