Hey!


I organized the 60 pictures in Phoca Gallery into 5 categories each with 12 pics.

The picture-size varies between 4 KB and 1.5 MB.

However Phoca Galley fails to generate all the thumbnails: It gets only 17 of them.

This happened the first time as MultipleAdd-ed them as well as after I observed this and started manually again.

How can I repair this?

And how can I avoid this in the future?

P.S. Is there no way to insert screenshots into the message other then via links (like suggested in this post ""how-to-add-image-or-screenshot-to-phoca-forum-post" - unfortunately I cannot link to it, because I already have more than the maximum 5 accepted links :-/ ) or do I miss a setting somewhere?!

Hi Vlad,
I had set for you in the options that the thumbnails are created page by page. So you have to select the next page with another 20 images in Backend -> Components -> Phoca Gallery -> Images, so that the Thumbs will be created. Then the next page, and so on.

unfortunately I cannot link to it, because I already have more than the maximum 5 accepted links :-/

Yes, for security reasons the limit is 5 links per post...

2. I also saw in the quote above how to insert a link within an img-tag in order to have the screenshots inline, but I get the message "You cannot use certain BBCodes: img" even when having your img-tag in your quote! :-(
3. Ok, then less or max 5 links then.

I'm not sure, but you may need a certain number of posts to use the image tag.
