Got a link to show what's happening?

to give a link isn't possible, cause it's only for registered users. What happened: the download starts, and after ca. 30 - 60 seconds, the browsers post "download complete" but it isn't complete, only about 20 - 30 percent has been dowloaded. What can I do? thanks pedrostone

With your knowledge of the actual location of the URL of the download file, can you download the file without Joomla + Phoca Download? If not, then we can try to track down the problem in Phoca Download.
Can you copy and save the source code of the page this occurs on and upload a file of that source code here as an attachment?

You will probably need to review your server logs to see what else is occurring. I'm not certain that it will tell you much, but it does not sound like it is a Phoca Download issue.
I don't have a lot of experience on this aspect of downloads, but a brief Google search brought
this to my attention.
Sometimes the use of download managers or download enhancement software can cause downloads to fail. Disable this software and retry the download.
