error with counter popular articles

Good evening, I have a problem with the counter popular articles located in the backend, it updates only if I print the pdf.
Joomla 3.9.18
com_phocapdf_v3.0.9

Hi, can you paste a screenshot? Hard to say, as if I understand it correctly, teh counter is a basic Joomla! function, so not sure how it counts the articles seen
