CoolIris 3D Wall Demo

I'm very interested in the CoolIris 3D Wall Demo that is on your demo site. I have setup my gallery to display the PicLens icon with each image, but the experience is much difference. To see a 3D view, it seems that the user has to install CoolIris for their browser. However, your site displays the 3D presentation without that setup.

Would you provide some information / links on the implementation of this demo?

Thanks in advance!

Hi, see:
https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... 17-piclens

After making all steps here, just create menu link to 3d cooliris and follow the instructions in menu link.

Hi, if you get problems with crossdomain.xml, then it is between server and flash plugin. So try to check if the file is located in root of your server, try to test if it can be read, etc.

For your own Youtube Videos use this code in your rss feed:

<title>Star Wars: The Old Republic - DECEIVED CINEMATIC TRAILER</title>
<link>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXXXXXXXXXX</link>
<description>DECEIVED CINEMATIC TRAILER E3 09</description>
<media:thumbnail url='http://i.ytimg.com/vi/XXXXXXXXXXX/2.jpg' />
<media:content url='http://www.youtube.com/v/XXXXXXXXXXX&fe ... tube_gdata' type='application/x-shockwave-flash' />

Where XXXXXXXXXXX is the 11 digits ID Youtube video.

Exemple:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bVyJP92TiVg

XXXXXXXXXXX = bVyJP92TiVg

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWesHN-FA5k

XXXXXXXXXXX = VWesHN-FA5k

For another miniature, you can test with:

Code: Select all

<media:thumbnail url='http://i.ytimg.com/vi/XXXXXXXXXXX/1.jpg' />

Code: Select all

<media:thumbnail url='http://i.ytimg.com/vi/XXXXXXXXXXX/2.jpg' />

We hope this feature will soon be automatically

------------

Pour les français qui ne comprennent pas l'anglais:

Pour avoir les vidéos YouTube dans Cooliris, il faut éditer le fichier rss créé pour la galerie.

Et remplacer le code écris par celui ci-dessus.

I guess I have to post to. I am not able to get this running. I am using 1&1 web host services. I have put the crossdomain.xml file at the root directory and still no go. I am using several computers to test it with IE and Firefox. I have been clearing the cache. If anyone could help it has been a few months of me trying on and off to get to work.

Code: Select all

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<!DOCTYPE cross-domain-policy SYSTEM
    "http://www.macromedia.com/xml/dtds/cross-domain-policy.dtd">
<cross-domain-policy>
    <allow-access-from domain="*.cooliris.com" secure="false" />
</cross-domain-policy>
