I just finished translating the Phoca Cart, and I'll start testing it soon.
I checked some points during the translation and the Phoca Cart looked excellent.
I hope Hebrew users to test and use Phoca Cart with the Hebrew language and display their comments in the forum if they encounter problems with the RTL or Hebrew language.

FOR New Users
To download the language pack you must:
- Join www.transifex.com (Join Free)
- Choose the language pack and download By click Download for use

Download two Files:
com_phocacart
com_phocacart_sys

To install language Files :
1. Change the file names to:
he-IL.com_phocacart
he-IL.phocacart_sys
2. Copy the two files to the following paths :
SiteName\language\ he-IL
And
SiteName\administrator\language\ he-IL
