1. is there any plugin to embed item to article?
2. consider to add support for vr video?
3. can you put a demo in your site?

1) there is module - there are ways how to display modules in conent: https://www.phoca.cz/phoca-panorama-module
2) I don't know what is a VR video?
3) I don't have any panorama which can be displayed on low cost server for now
