Options not saved?

Hello,
I have upgraded Phoca Guestbook from version 1.3.0 to 1.3.2 since I had issues with spam,
but now it seems it doesn`t save the settings changes in "Phoca Guestbook - Items" - "Parameters"
anymore.
I have a) changed the captcha method to Math b) removed a few chars from the allowed captcha chars list
and c) set the form to be displayed on top (before) the list of entries, but none of these settings are
reflected in the guestbook - I'm always getting the same small capcha pic, the removed chars still show up
and the form is displayed at the bottom.
What can I do? I have already re-uploaded all files by hand from the zip file, but that didn't change anything. :-/
