Detail View Problwm

Hi All,
I have been happily using PG for about 6 years now and have just encountered a problem that I can't figure out. I have 4 categories of images and use JAK Lightbox. My PG version is 4.3.1 and my Joomla version is 3.8.3. This morning I uploaded about 12 new images to my "Outside Apartment" category and added image comments. Prior to this upload the image detail display was perfect - selecting the category from my menu gave me a page of thumbnails and clicking on one of the thumbnails opened the JAK Lightbox slideshow - all fine. Now only 3 of my 4 categories work properly. The Outside Apartment thumbnails, when clicked, simply open a single page with an enlarged view of the single image.

I have obviously changed a setting but cannot see what I have done! Any help gratefully received.

Hi Barrie,

at first: pls update to Phocagallery version: 4.3.9 > https://www.phoca.cz/download/category/ ... -component
just download/install via Joomla extension. Then you can check, if problem still exist.

Hi Christine,
Have updated to 4.3.9 and the problem still exists. The problem is only with JAK Lightbox all other detail views work perfectly on all categories.

Hi All,
Slight addition to my last post - slides are displaying perfectly, but I'm now getting an error when attempting to add and save image comments: -
1054 Unknown column 'pcproductid' in 'field list'

Hi Barrie,

try following: Go to Extensions Manage > Database > Klick on the Fix button.

The FIX button doesn't solve the problem. It seems to be related to or same as the problem I've just seen posted on the 12/01/2018 -

"comfirmed bug... when upgrading from 4.3.6 to newer, the db is not correcly modified."

The thread suggests a solution by inserting the pcproductid field into the database -

ALTER TABLE `XXXXX_phocagallery` ADD `pcproductid` INT(11) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' AFTER `vmproductid`;

If you aggree I will make the changes - although its a little outside my technical comfort zone!

Hi Christine,
The problem with not adding comments is solved using SQL solution as provided. But I still cannot use JAK Lightbox. Not sure what I've done but I hope someone can identify the problem.

yes I know about the other threads. I wanted to send it to you - but before this, just to try, if the Fix button would solve it without database change. Thank you for your information!

About the JAK Lightbox: I don't know. Check again all possible parameters in Options please.
Could you send us your site to see it?
