Phoca Forum

I am sorry to post a new topic, but I had searched many of the forum's pages and have not found the answer to my problem (possibly limited by my understanding). I downloaded Phoca Download, but cannot upload any files.

I have already done the following:
1. global configuration => system => maximum size 10000000000
2. components => phoca download => control panel =>settings =>maximum upload size 3000000000

3. I have tried to enable FTP but when I do that, I can't install the phoca download .zip

Please help, I would really like to get this program to work and do not want to download others (since phoca download has so many success stories)

Hi, try to check server settings, so you know there are no restrictions on the server, try to check, if uploaded file has mime type which is stored in Settins.

Ok, I got it to work. I added the MIME types and then FTPed the files to the right folder location. IT worked! Thanks for the help
