Some questions [solved]

Hi
I have some questions before to install this component:
1.- is possible to set a limit download by user? For example, the registered users can download 1 file by day
2.-is possible to set specific registered user can download specific files? for example, users: 1, 2, 3 and 4 only can download file "mysetup.exe" and users 7 - 8 can download file "pepe.exe"
If these options are not for default in the component, someone knows if it is possible to do it modifying some file?
