1.2.0 vs 1.2.2

Hi there everyone,
I am sorry for the question maybe its right before my eyes but i couldnt find the list of improvements made from 12.0 to 1.2.2.
And btw (new guy hehehe) i have now installed the 1.2.0 version and i want to upgrade do 1.2.2, what do i do? I use the process and jomla will overwrite it, or do i need to uninstall 1.2.0 and then install 1.2.2?
