Is it possible that when using Phoca Email, a newsletter pdf file when uploaded using Phoca Download, is automatically sent to persons who have registered to subscribe to the newsletter ?

I have two groups of users, one prefer that the file is sent to them, the other that the link is sent to them. I would like to create this feature

Hi, you can send attachment which is stored in phocaemail folder
