Hello,

While trying to display the form to upload a document I get the following message: The setting for "ENABLE USER UPLOAD" in the backend is set for YES.View image here!

If I am logged into the website, I can see the form and use it.

But what I want is for anyone to be able to upload anything!

Can you help me?

select all groups you want they will have access to User Control (Upload) Panel
