css gap above category h3

The gap above the category strip that is appearing in my chosen template is also appearing in the standard milkyway template but you can't see it as the background is white too, but it's there. And using webdeveloper>CSS in firefox the red line shows the gap or margin.
My chosen template showing gap above the category strip:
The css doesn't show a margin but its there somewhere in the phocadownload_grey.css file. I just don't know where?
Can anyone help?
