Did you check your email settings in Joomla!?

For what it's worth: I don't get any emails either. I'm using guestbook version 1.3.2 and Joomla 1.5.14 and I receive emails from other components.

I have the same problem.
I knew already about component and menu settings.

Since I didn't get emails, I didn't check my guestbook. Now a friend told me that they are full of spam...
My guestbooks are filled with nasty entries.
Both guestbooks stoped sending emails.
But if I don't get emails from my phoca guestbooks, I can't change to "Review message".

What can I do? How do I get emails again?

Hi, do you use all 3 methods of spam protection? Check the email settings of your Joomla! site. Check you email hosting if mails from your joomla site are not blocked?

Maybe it is better to read the manual! You have to set the email not only at the settings of the component, but also at the menu item which refers to the guestbook. Everything working fine now. Very good component!
