Background Color of PHOCA Gallery

Hello Jan,
first of all, thank you very much for Phoca Gallery. I like it really much.
I have now just a little question about how to change the white background color of Phoca that it looks good on my page.
I'm using Joomla 1.5.13 and IE 8 and I have installed the newest Phoca Gallery 2.5.3
I have searched the web about a solution everywhere and tested everything, but it stays white......what only worked was that I was able to change the background color of the detail view (it works on detailview and the slideshow), but I couldn't find any solution for the background on the first view where you see the phoca gallery.
sorry I couldn't upload a screenshot (jpg) to this topic. I received an error. Hope you understand what I mean anyway.
It would be really nice to get any feedback about my problem.
Hope you or somebody here on the forum can help me
Sorry for this but I'm really a newbie.
thanks in advance for any help

Hi, yes, screenshot will be very helpful, because I don't know If I understand it correctly. If you mean the background in Categories or Category View, then this is set by your template, if you mean the background behind images or image boxes, this can be set in parameters, see:

Hey Jan,
thanks for your reply. Yes it is the background in Categories or Category view. Sorry if I ask you, but where exactly can I change this setting in the template?

I found it by myself. Yes it was the setting in the template. So I made some changes on the template style css and that worked.

Hi,
I have also a question about the color in phoca gallery 2.7.0 ...
I like to change the color of the modal box (image only) in the detail view from the phoca gallery component, if the image is loading. Its always black. I have the phoca gallery modul on my site and it works great with a grey background if the image is loading and zooming in that extra window. But not in the gallery. I had a look about the settings in both sections but i cant find my mistake. I hope you can understand what i mean.
Detail-Popup-Fenster Modalbox
Hintergrundfarbe in Detailansicht xxxx Farbe wählen

Yes,
i found my mistake.
If i change the Modal Box Border Color to grey (ex: #333333), then is the modal box, if they is loading and zooming, also in grey.
I dont know why, but thats it. I had like a black border around that grey box but i can not have it all
Thx, its ok.
Danke, passt schon so.
