Hi, don't sorry for the english (my is very poor)...
you can download the files via FTP but I think, some information will be missed without installation procedure (e.g. menu items for Phoca Gallery)
Did you try all possibilities of installation procedures in Joomla!?

Yes, i have try all possibilities but i don't cant install it automaticaly.
The host dont support it and i'm sure.
Same for all component and module.
You dont know a possibilitie?

If you cannot install components, modules and plugins ... your site doesn't have any value...
Installing of all components, modules and plugins manually will be 100 x harder than changing the webhosting....
