Fatal error on gallery plugin activation

Hi,
this is the error I get every time the plugin is enabled.

I wonder what's wrong? Would be grateful for your help.

Hi, did you use the same versions of component and plugins?
e.g. component 2.2.x, plugin 2.2.x
component 2.5.x, plugin 2.5.x ?

I have Phoca Gallery 2.2.4, and Phoca Gallery Slideshow Plugin 2.5.0. Would that be the reason?

Hi, then you need to install component too as the component is required for running plugin.

I have Phoca Gallery 2.2.4, and Phoca Gallery Slideshow Plugin 2.5.0. Would that be the reason?

Hi, yes, Phoca Gallery2.2.4 doesn't know Phoca Gallery Slideshow 2.5.0
the versions needs to be the same
e.g. component 2.5.0 beta, slideshow plugin 2.5.0
or component 2.2.4, slideshow plugin 2.2.1
