i have to try it sometime 5x times
thats too much
there must be a error
i write the captcha correct, big and small letters
but everytime it says me The Captcha code you have entered is wrong. Please, try it again

really 5x times

the guest who wants to write loose the fun to write anything

please help me

Hi, set your own characters in parameters if you have problems with reading captcha code

see this forum where you get information about creating captcha (computer cannot select L and dislay M). search this forum: guestbook, captcha, characters ( e.g. o can be o, O, 0 => O - big o, o - small o, 0 - zero, as there is random size of the character, O, o, 0 and other characters can look same for human eye, in this case you can select the characters in parameters - so e.g. you will remove O and 0, ...)

in last version you don't have the number 0 (zero) on Standard, Math and TTF Captcha Characters

So how i fix my problem?!

Did you check to set JHTML, or JRoute, did you try to change Captcha method in parametes component, did you check the path in html code?

i make a new install the guest book all is ok now but i lost all my guest book items...
