Allow people to download audio files

Hi everyone,
I'm sorry I'm new to all this.
On http://submerge.free.fr/ I'd like to allow visitors to download the audio files (if possible just a button next to the Word Press MP3 Player for Joola).
As I didn't find a way to do so, I just installed Phoca but I don't know what to do next. A step-by-step would be very much appreciated!
