I would like to install the Language Pack guestbook but it shows no ini files and if I change them located in the Language Pack for ini files so it will not appear in the plugin guestbook.
Where can I find a language pack to guestbook
I use Joomla 3.5 and PHP 7

I can't describe it better than I did in this thread:

Unzip the linked package and you will find two files. And believe me, this are .ini files. You don't see the .ini extension because you use a Windows pc. Windows hide known file extensions like .ini is.
Copy this two files into the mentioned folders via FTP.
