I have install my guestbook, but whene i go to the page i get the error as attached

I also get this error.
I have installed the guestbook. Now I add a link in the main menu as instructed in the user manual, but when clicking the link, i get 404 error...
The link appears like this: http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?optio ... &Itemid=58
I am running the site locally on my computer using WAMP.
Joomla version: Joomla! 1.5.10 Production/Stable [ Wohmamni ] 27-March-2009 23:00 GMT

To all:
did you select a guestbook in menu link to guestbook?
To Wharfedale:
You didn't set the guestbook in menu link to guestbook. Your guestbook id is Null. Go to menu link to Phoca Guestbook and on the right side in parameters set the guestbook, see manual:
