As I set Phoca Email (Newsletter ) for the signing ( clicking the " Submite " button ), do not redirect to another page with the confirmation message , upload it on the same page , perhaps with a (tool tips )

Hi, I think, then the form needs to be customized and the ajax function created - so the form will be submitted per ajax
