I have these accessibility issues

Hi, the modifications, e.g. (the h1 tag) should be done directly in the code, in tmpl of views:
components/com_phocagallery/views/category/tmpl/ ...

So, yes this is category view. So the path is:
components/com_phocagallery/views/category/tmpl/default.php - this should be found in your Joomla! root.
