Import entries from Jambook

Hi users,
I want to use (asap) this great Guestbook
But the first thing what i want is to do is to import my 250 guest book entries from component Jambook.
I can't export the entries via Jambook, there's no option for it
I can export the entries via MyPHPadmin but what's next? I am no data expert.
Is there anybody who did this before and can help me?
