Phoca content plugin not working - code displayed instead

Hello, I am setting up a website, versions are following:

Joomla 3.4.4
Phoca Gallery component 4.2.1
Phoca Gallery content plugin 4.2.1
Phoca Gallery Slideshow plugin 4.1.2

The plugins are activated, but do not seem to do any action.
The raw code is displayed - i.e.

Code: Select all

{pgslideshow id=2703|width=640|height=480|delay=3000|image=L}
instead of being replaced by the slideshow/images.

Any (quick) help would be appreciated... Thanks in advance.

Hi,
do you use any content or article creation or styling component like e.g. K2 or any similar?

Kind regards,
Benno

Hi,

not really. The only one that came to my mind was EasyImageCaption Plugin, but disabling it had no effect.

Hi,
do you want to use Phoca Gallery Slideshow Plugin within an article or within a module?

Kind regards,
Benno

Within an article. I am using the Phoca Button Plugin to generate the code.

Thanks,

M.

Hi,
mmmhhh, there are not so many reasons, why the Phoca Gallery Slideshow Content Plugin or Phoca Gallery Content Plugin will not work:
1.) Content Plugin(s) and Component are not the current versions. (#Post 1)
2.) Content Plugin(s) are installed but not enabled in Plugin Manager. (#Post 1)
3.) Only Button Plugin is installed. (#Post 1) & (#Post 5)
4.) The Content Plugin(s) should work within a module. (#Post 5) https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... t-articles
5.) You use not valid Plugin code. (#Post 5)
6.) You use a Component like K2 to create/style articles. (Some Phoca Content Plugins work with K2, some not.) (# Post 3)
But all six options do not apply to you. Therefore, I have no more idea ...

Kind regards,
Benno
