After sending mail text in JCE editor is malformed

Hello,

I use PhocaEmail, just to send email to registered users.

I noticed that most of de data in fields is stored for next use. However after sending te mail de body is somewhat malformed. It seems that a lot of HTML got stripped.

We use JCE as editor. Are there any settings so we could preserve te HTML markup of the body?

Hi,
did you set: HTMLMessage=Yes in Phoca Email Options?

Kind regards,
Benno

Hi,

Sure. The mail is also correctly being sent in HTML. The problem is that after sending the body text is a bit stripped in JCE, so when I want to sent the next email ( mayble slightly different like a other signature ) the body is not shown correctly.

So when returning to the page AFTER sending the mail something happens in the JCE editor.

Hi,
So when returning to the page AFTER sending the mail something happens in the JCE editor.
Did you check this behavior with TinyMCE for testing? Only to be sure that it's not JCE issue..

Kind regards,
Benno

Just did, same problem.

So it seems not a JCE problem.

Can you verify this yourself?

Hi,
really no idea what's wong there. Perhaps it's a emty tag issue
Check this article: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... empty-tags
