Phoca Gallery has error with Joomla 3.4.2

Phoca Gallery has an error with Joomla 3.4.2. Users can not upload files at front end, although administrator enables User Control Panle in administration system.
Phoca Download has the same error with Joomla 3.4.2.

Hi, I have found the problem. It is related to how to get parameters value. For now, I don't know if this change in Joomla! will stay or will be fixed. See:

After some core developer will give a feedback, I will then try to change the code.
Quick solution for now:
Go to Administration - Phoca Gallery - Options - tab Users and set the following parameter:
Access Level - Registered Users: select all groups you want they will have access to User Control (Upload) Panel
