Hello,

I'm using the last version of Joomla 3.4.1 and of Phoca Gallery 4.1.2

I've this problem locally or in my site.

The pictures and the previews don't appear.
All paramters are as requested into the setting

Any help is welcome

you need to enable 'Thumbnails Generation' in Phoca Gallery Options.

Info => Settings => Thumbnails => Thumbnails Generation = yes

The recommendet setting is: Enble Thumbnails Generation=No
This means 'Thumbnails Generation' is disabled...

Recadrage vignette = vignettes moyennes et petites
Vignettes supplémentaires = vignettes moyennes et petites

Si cette fonction est validée, les vignettes de toutes les images nouvellement ajoutées seront automatiquement créés. Si vous savez que vous n'allez pas ajouter de nouvelles images à vos galeries, alors désactivez cette fonction. L'exécution de Phoca Gallery sera alors plus rapide. Vous pouvez réactiver cette fonction à tout moment dans 'Option'.
Génération vignettes pagination Validé Validé
Si vous validez cette fonction, les vignettes seront créées uniquement à partir des images listées dans la liste des images. La pagination sera utilisée. Cela signifie que vous devez aller sur chaque page pour créer les vignettes. Valider cette fonction peut accélérer la création des vignettes.
Nettoyer vignette Dévalidé Dévalidé
Si cette fonction est validée, la vignette de l'image origine, qui n'existe plus sur le serveur, sera automatiquement supprimée. Il est recommandé de dévalider cette fonction afin de réduire le temps processeur et les ressources mémoire. Valider cette fonction peut ralentir votre système.

and the missing thumbnails should be created.

No thumbnails is present... and clicking on "recréer vignette" (recreate thumbnail) is opening the warning msg, but doing nothing then.
