How do you show the files

I have installed the component, created a section and a category and uploaded files, but how do I go from here?
What I mean is: How do I show the files for the users of the website?

Sorry. I found it my self.
When you are about to create a new content article, yuo get the option to choose Phoca - Great!
PS. Is there a way to avoid to have the most downloaded file to show?

Hi, see parameters, you can hide or display most downloaded files below sectinons, categories...

I have the same problem with erikg, however I'm still confused of what to do next. Please kindly tell me the detailed step-by-step of what to do next to show the files to be downloaded on my site
