Hi, yes only one category per user can be created in fronted... creating more categories in frontend is ready yet but there are still two problems:
- security problems
- framework problem - not only adding but deleting, puglishing, unpublishing, etc. need to be created too. so this feature takes a lot of time to add it in some new version...

Hi, you can limit the size of user's folder (in parameters)

Some code (creating of subcategories in frontend is done yet) but as I wrote, if I will do this I must do a lot of other diffucult features too (editing, deleting, listing subcategories, security settings, security settings per subcategories, per images, publishing, paginating, etc. ... ) and it takes a lot time :-( (not so easy, now I have made one component - Phoca PDF Component which I have made a month, then I have spent all the week to publish it - adding new sites, adding all download files, adding them to joomlacode.org, creating manuals, adding demo site, prepraing for possible language, completing the ZIP packages, copleting XML files, etc....) :-( so still the same ... time :( :( :(

Ian, I already posted something about Community Builder integration. As I said I am paying a good coder to do it (and me also working on it). It will include working with subcategories, deleting, publishing, etc..... also will include the Community Builder tab.... I already managed to build multiple pictures uploads at front end, can share it with you, only if you were interested in working out this together (again time thing, you will have to spare some of it to this project).

I only have one thing to solve, users categories should be manager defined. My problem is this.... I have some main categories... but I would like users to publish their categories only under a "users category".... this way all users will be contained into single categories..... the best would be to have group of users inside "users category", but maybe this is too much for now (Good Community Builder integration will allow it).

The way I see it, you could have phoca gallery also for videos, and other files.... after integrated with CB your gallery becomes a very powerful social networking component. Please consider having a paid version, lot of people will use it……..

Please let me know if you are interested in working together.
