Possible bug with CAPTCHA in v1.3.2 Beta

I'm using the Standard CAPTCHA. If I enter a wrong CAPTCHA and press
Submit I'm getting the standard error message and the buttons below disappear.
Seems to be a bug?

??? Which browser do you use? Try to set some standard template for the site (e.g. rhuk_milkyway) only for testing it.

I have tested it here:

without any problems there...
