Convert entrees

What's the best way to convert Jambook entrees into Phoca entrees. I have phpMyAdmin export the Jambook, modify and import them. But it's not going to work. Kost me 3 hrs now and i'am going for a rest. 
Who can help me with this thing? Maybe a suggestion, tips are welcome
