I am demoing Phoca Email. I need to be able to send a mass mail to my registered users with attachments. I don't see an option for groups, is there one?

Hi, you can enable it in Options (but the groups work for email function, not for newsletter as in newsletter - only users are defined)

Thank you for the reply. I'm sorry, but I failed to look in the options. Thank you for pointing that out to me.

I have a follow up question(s).

I see that group mailing can only be sent via the "To" line. In my testing, I see that they users names and email addresses are all displayed when receiving the email. What if I want to group mail via BCC? I see that I can individually select users in CC and BCC, but not groups. Is it possible to enable BCC for groups? I want to be able to protect the email addresses of my members.

I have an additional follow up question.

I enabled the "users" in the To and BCC lists. How do I select the users so they get added to the To or BCC lines?

I try selecting names in the list, but if I click send, I just get a message telling me that I have to have a name in the "To" field.

Hi, the "To" is required, so there must be always someone (e.g. you) who will be set to "to"
