Hi, I was using Phoca for several years now and it allways ran smoothly.
Since few days I experience problems by trying to download PDF files from my site, even those which downloaded corectly until few days ago.
Now it just opens a page with a lot of strange characters like this:

Any idea what went wrong and how to fix it? My first idea was that something changed in the chrome browser, but it is the same in Explorer and on mobile devices too.

But if there is the same problem, then you need to search other extension (system plugin, module or template) which can cause it. Try to test it with another template, with disabled modules and plugins, etc. As posted in previous post, the main function for downloading is somehow affected by external system part (other plugin, module or template function) - it is external, not a part of Phoca Download, so such needs to be found on your site and checked Jan
