URL's

Hi all.
I am after some help please.
Using Phoca gallery on my first joomla site to create a site for the local scout group.
As the group consists of beavers, cubs and scouts the site is fairly split into these sections.
I set up the beaver part first which works fine, i have a module on the side with the tree showing for just the beaver categories.
However I then moved onto the scout section and it seems to keep making the url's back to the beavers
For example: i have a menu item - site/scouts/photos where it displays a category list, but when you then click the category it goes to site/beavers/photos/category/17-bake-off which then brings up all the beaver menus.
Any ideas how I can change this? I am happy to keep all in one place if helps - i.e just site/photos but cant even figure this out.
