Ich werde noch verrückt... Mal sine die Thums da, mal nicht. Hab das Verzeichnis schon mal komplett gelöscht und wieder neu erstellt. Es hilft nix...
Ist eine unproduktive Temoprärseite um Joomla 3 zu testen. Ggf liegt auch ein Fehler im Tamplate vor? Kann mal jemand gucken?

I have exacly the same problem --> some thumbnails are visible some not and the position is changing every reload of the homepage. All thumbnail pictures are available (3 sizes).
I am using Joomla 3.3.6 with php 5.5.21, phoca galery 4.1.2 and the host is @ strato.de
I did check different picture sizes, categories and configurations. No idea how to solve the problem. Different to the recomended configuration I have:
creation of thumbs = on, pagewise creation = off, thumbs deletion = on
Anserws in German or English are fine (this is my 3 night on this problem )

Hi, check the options, it is possible that you have enabled some feature which needs additional thumbnails and they were not created yet, see:

Enable additional thumbnails and then recreate the thumbnails.
