Options screen?

Hello,
I am rather new in Joomla and wanted to install and set up the Phoca Guestbook.
I downloaded version 3.0.2 and installed it as an extension in my Joomla 3 environment.
I have been able to create a guestbook (which pointed me to a new category when selecting Components > Phoca Guestbook > New, I hope that is correct).
Now I would like to review and set all options in order to have proper security and the possibility for a reCAPTCHA installed but... I do not see "Options" when accessing Components > Phoca Guestbook > Control Panel... Did I do something wrong?
