My Phoca Gallery global settings are set to Order (images) by Date > Descending.
But I have a particular gallery that I want to Order by Order.
I've checked the Category, the Menu Item, etc...
And cannot seem to locate where I can manage that.
Help?

you can set the ordering in global settings - in Options only.

With customization you can do it:
- for menu link - with adding the xml parameter to menu link, see: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... a-25-17-16
- for specific category - needs to be customized in the code direclty
