I've spent quite a bit of time trying to get the watermark to work on my photos. I read the documentation here: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... -watermark and followed the instructions but my watermark still isn't showing on the pictures. Is there a trick to this?

if you delete the thumbnails without watermarks, set up watermark feature as described in this article and recreate thumbnails again, it should work.
