I'm using the newest version of Phoca Gallery in Joomla 3 and I am unable to download the Google + photos. I put the user ID and album ID and when command appears as load carrying and back to the main page of the control panel without having loaded the images.

Someone has been there and have any solutions.

Hmm, testing now, get no problem there, when you look into your errorLog on your server, do you see there any error?
