How to arrange horizontal pagination?

I use Phca Gallery 4.1.1, Joomla3.3.6, Bootstrap 3.
After installing pagination displayed vertical:
Page 1 of 2
Start
Prev
1
2
Next
End
How to arrange horizontal pagination?
for example
Page 1 of 2
Start Prev 1 2 Next End

did you check this behavior with a Joomla! standard template for testing?

Checked with Protostar.
Pagination displayed horizontally.
I'm writing a new template and probably need something to add ...
Tell me, please, where is to find the cause.

I found the reason.
Need to go to Component / Phocagallery / Styles and in the line Bootstrap (bootstrap.min.css) need set to Published.
