Phoca Gallery 4.1.2 on J3.3.6 options break template

Hi, I updated from J2.5 to J.3.3.6 and reinstalled then phoca now with the version for J3. When I open the options it breaks the template (isis).
with new phoca gallery 4.1.2
Sorry, I tried on a clean (not updated) joomla 3.3.6. ANd there is no problem. So it will be my problem to find a solution
