Is there a way to export old maps (joomla1.5) to the newer version (3)?

Thanks, but somehow this doesn't work for migration to Joomla 3....

Yes, till now there is no documented migration 2.5 to 3.x
So just migrate from j1.5 to j2.5 and wait a little bit...
