Joomla 3.3.3 stable, Phoca Guestbook 3.0.2

When using component Phoca Guestbook in the backend I get this message:

"The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."

I tried to install Phoca Guestbook 3.0.2 again but I cannot install Phoca Guestbook 3.0.2 anymore.
When installing I get the following message:

"Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Apache/2.2.16 (Debian) Server at blade80.mijndomein.nl Port 80"

This message appears during install of the zip file and the unzipped version.
(Also when cookies in browsers have been deleted)

1.) deinstall Phoca Guestbook or some parts of Phoca Guestbook manually.

I performed the instructions I found on the webpage you recommended
(The page with SQL DELETE commands etc.)
Still I get this message after installing:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Apache/2.2.16 (Debian) Server at ...domainname..... Port 80

I can install other components like for instance Phoca Gallery.
If I do search om the database on '%PHOCOAGUESTBOOK%' I get a few hits in 3 tables

1 overeenkomst(en) in de tabel swylk_categories
2 overeenkomst(en) in de tabel swylk_menu
308 overeenkomst(en) in de tabel swylk_overrider

Is that a (the) problem?

Yes, perhaps... If you make a manuelle deinstallation of Phoca Guestbook, you shouldn't find any Phoca Guestbook database entries after you have finished.

Yes you will loose all entries...., but I thought it is a fresh install (without any entries) of PG 3.0.2 or it is an migration??

It is a reinstall because the installed PG3.0.2 didn't work in the background

Hi, when the connection is aborted, I think, you need to ask your webhosting provider for more info, e.g. if there are not limits, etc. Anyway this is more a question on joomla.org forum, as installation is extensions is managed by extension manager (component) which installs the components. But I think, first you need to ask your webhosting operator, if there is no e.g. time or memory limit, etc.
