Installation Error!

Hello!
This is the second time that I try to install Phoca Gallery on my Joomla! Web-site. I am still getting this error, when I try to install the component :
Note: The time between the click and the error is 30secs-1min.
A fast reply will be greatly appreciated since I have a deadline coming up.
