UCP

Hi, I hope your well.
First just want to say what a fantastic Gallery Phoca is, just what I was looking for as I'm building a new site.
I'm just having one niggle which I can't solve after looking through all the documentation and these forums.
So I hope you can help me, I will try and post as much information as I can to assist you.
Site is using PHP 5.4, using Joomla! 3.3.3, Phoca Gallery 4.1.1, using browser Google Chrome build 36.
The issue I have is when I use UCP to delete categories or images either as a Super User or Registered User, who has the required rights to delete.
As you can see in the first image I have set up a Testuser with a Main Category and he has just created a sub category called Testuser's Holiday Photo's.
When the user click's on delete to remove the sub catergory (the same thing happens by the way on, when he tries to delete any uploaded pictures), I get the following message:
The only option then for the user is to either click refresh or back on the browser which brings him to the same page, which displays the following:
After checking on UCP the sub catergory has been deleted successfully as you can see in the following:
The same thing occurs if the user has posted any images and he tries to delete a single image.
I've triple checked the permissions and all looks OK, and indeed it does perform the action by deleting the catergory or any images successfully, but the error that comes up isn't very friendly to the user, please help me make it go away.
