gallery and articles

Good morning, I was wondering with phoca gallery if I could use it to post pictures for individual article. I am setting up a biziness listing site and I want to jump to article with a read more. Once people have read the information about the company I would like to put a link in the article if the reader wants to see the companies portfolio of pictures on work they have done.I also want to put a caption explaining a little bit about the picture or at least have to option to do so.
Or should I have a category with sub categories so I can push the link to a sub category with company name on it with their pictures.
just wondering if you can point me in the right direction.
