Can you please help?

Running Joomla 3.2.1 with PhocaDownload 3.05.

When using the Preview button, the file 'downloads' and is all good but when I use the "Download" button, the system presents a white screen and simply reports "File Size is empty", even though the PDF in question is downloaded and previews perfectly under the Preview button.

Before this I was seeing the :

1054 - Unknown column 'c.tokenhits' in 'field list' SQL=SELECT c.catid, c.filename, c.directlink, c.link_external, c.access, c.confirm_license, c.metakey, c.metadesc, cc.access as cataccess..........

error. I therefore added the two lines which are reported as missing as you refer to in viewtopic.php?f=31&t=24434. The SQL fix removed the Error 1054 but now I get the "File Size is Empty".

I enabled Debug mode but still only saw the "File Size is Empty" message!

Can you help diagnose this please?

Hi, try to upload some new file and add it to the system, do you still get this error by the new uploaded file?

Adding new files is fine. It is only the files in this Category which give this error. I tried re-uploading but the same error. Maybe I need to kill the category and reassign these files to a new one?

Hmmm, really no idea, what there can be such problem and how it is related to current category, but maybe this can be the way - to create new category and add new files there
